At Which Stage Of Renovation Do We Engage Home Automation Services?
The best time to engage us is anytime as long as before the electrical works starts or is completed. This is because for smart lighting, we will need cabling works to create the infrastructure for installation of smart switches later on.
What Products Do You Use?
We do not have a fixed brand that we use, however we do have fixed applications that we prefer to use. This is because our aim is to allow you to control your home in ONE application without extra sign ups!
What Brands Do You Carry?
Our devices are directly sourced from various manufacturers and tested in-house for consistency and reliability before we decide to provide them as a product for installation.
If I Have Specific Requirements Or Would Like To Use Other Applications, Can You Help Me?
Yes! Consult with us and we can explore options together according to your requirements.
How Long Does 1 Installation Usually Take?
It depends on the size of the home and number of devices installed. Installation usually takes half a day or 1 day, but, we will need to cater another day for configuration and of course an hour or less to teach you how to navigate the application.
Are All Your Devices Running On Wi-Fi?
Yes, we mainly implement Wi-Fi enabled devices. However, we are strong advocates of Z-Wave protocol as it is secured and stable. You can find out more about Z-Wave on our Z-Wave page in the Resources tab.
